iq-in-ese

so as i find myself in a better frame of mind this evening...i decided hey...i should visit that neglected blog i started. *nod*

i think todays ramble will center somewhat at least on iq.
not that i put a whole lot of stock into iq...i just have this tendency to be quietly pompous? i suppose you could say? i dont know...some...pretentious word or another when taking my own into consideration.
not that im going to share my own...
unless of course you ask...
but c'mon now...who reads this? i barely read this. ha.

so...once again i was having a discussion with the s.o. about iq...mostly stemming from some nonsensical program running in the background on the tellie.
there was a whole list of celebrity iqs...
and interestingly enough...while some are quite brilliant...some are most definitely less than average....
and me...being the non-thinking, insta-foot-in-mouth sort of sarcastic wench...felt the need to mock.
not cuz i think im better than they are...simply cuz...well i found it amusing...
and once again i was reminded the s.o. has an average iq...
and instead of backstepping like i normally do...
i told him to be proud of his averageness n shut it already.
he didnt take to kindly to being told that...but yannow...there comes a time when i get tired of listening to the whining...as im sure everyone does at one point or another.

iq is not indicative of intelligence...
sure Einsteins iq was off the charts...but he was also dyslexic...and created the a-bomb...not the smartest thing in the world if you ask me...not that anyone asked me...oh blow me. you get the point.

whats always riddled me though quite frankly is...why is it that some...er lots...or whatnot of celebrities decide to forego their high school education and college to pursue *hollywood*...
i mean sure i understand they want to be disgustingly rich...who doesnt?
but yannow...couldnt they keep the fact they spat in the face of education to themselves so that the children in the world who are so easily moulded by the things they see on television...will stop saying 'i dont have to go to college...tom cruise didnt even graduate high school...'
and we are parents will have to stop saying...'yes but do you really want to grow up to be like him?' *shudder* god forbid...

the man seriously irritates me.
i never saw the draw ya know?
he's short.
his nose is crooked.
he's not good looking.
he can't act.
and yet women swoon.
why...dear god...why.
can someone answer that for me? cuz seriously? i'm dying to know the answer.
besides the fact he completely ruined/destroyed katie holmes...
poor Joey Potter...*sigh*...

at least Pacey's doing sem-well...his new show is strange...but interesting in the weird quirky sciencey sort of way...

k ive decided the news here...needs to actually report news...
i really dont want to hear about how my body figure...ya know the whole hour glass, roundy curves sort of figure isn't the best figure...how actually the women who have flatter hips and are more boy-esque have the better figures for weight training and some other nonsense...and all hour glass figured women are better for is fertility...
sexist much?...and lets not forget the new drug that makes womens eye lashes fuller...

do men even pay attention to eye lashes?
i was pretty sure their eyes never went above the bust line...
unless of course the woman in question is flat chested and receiting the periodic table...then they might stray upward to make sure the person in question is actually a person of the female persuasion.
and yes that was most prolly sexist of myself...but i'm sure you'll be able to deal with it as the intelligent human being i take you to be.

see? went completely off-track from iq now didnt i?

i could really use some...slammed up against the hallway wall, hair pulling, lip biting, back scratching sex.......either that...or a peanut butter cup...
